Kim Jong Un: Very few, if any. The South is having some problems with North American raccoons (Procyon lotor) that have escaped captivity, but it is not clear if there have been enough to sustain a breeding population. None seem to have made it across the DMZ.

Neoguri (너구리), or Raccoon Dogs (Nyctereutes procyonoides), pictured below, are present in the DPRK and throughout Eurasia, but despite the superficial resemblance in coloring to P. lotor are Canids, like dogs and foxes, while P. lotor are Procyonids
